Roy10007 Hello, I just ordered a Pixel 7 pro and want to use dual sim for different phone numbers. One esim number and one physical sim number. Do the numbers have access to the other number files and programs? I would like it so that they are very private from each other. Thanks for any help
DeletedUser288 Roy10007 Do the numbers have access to the other number files and programs? What files and programs does a phone number have?
Roy10007 I really don't understand dual sim. I've search the web for several hours and can't seem to get a method. Shelter and Island both have very limited info. Does anyone know how to do this? I need both numbers to active at the same time.
treequell Could you be more specific with your question? Which data do you want to keep private, and from who? What is your concern here? Is it whether your two mobile network providers can know the phone number of the other SIM you have installed in the device?
Roy10007 Life interrupted, but I'm back to dealing with this. I have a pixel 7a. I want to use an esim for one carrier and a physical sim for a different carrier (t-mobile). I'm in the US. I have Grapheneos installed and google play services sandboxed. I don't want t-mobile to see any of the activiey or even files the esim # uses. Total privacy on the esim. I don't care if the esim sees t-mobile stuff. I would like to have both numbers active at all times, so if either gets a call or text, I hear it ring. I really don't understand how dual sim works or if this is even possible. Thanks for the quick replies so far and do appreciate any help
Roy10007 For programs, maybe whatsapp for esim. Trying to get one person from stop using it. Then just basic stuff. I really don't do many apps. protonmail on both. camera, doc reader, text editor. microG on esim, Venmo on esim, Facebook on esim.
