Boot directly with non-owner profile (owner in BUF mode) : help&sharing info

Hello everyone !
I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion on how to boot GrapheneOS directly with a non-owner profile, so that it remains in 'BUF' mode when starting the 'work' profile.

Do you have any ideas?
If not, do you have any suggestions on how to clone the owner profile to another profile?

Do you know how I can clone my owner profile on a secondary one ?
If I boot on the owner profile, the secondary one is it in BUF mode before I authenticate?

It is called BFU, Before First Unlock, not BUF.
