Installed graphene os on pixel 7 but it still boots up as a Google phone

i dont even see graphine os at all when it booted up again. i ran fast-all.bat and it did its thing I pressed enter for the screen to go away once prompted to. i ran the final command (fastboot flashing lock) and then pressed start.

The phone booted up as a new google. This is a new phone anyway. I dont understand why this isnt working.

Took me quite a while to find any mention of this, but what fixed that for me was to use a USB-A to USB-C cable in a USB 2.0 port. Using a C to C or A to C on 3.1/3.0 ports didn't work as the vast majority of the time the phone would not be detected.

Have you met all of the prerequisites? If so, and you are still having issues, your best option is to jump on the Matrix chat server for real-time support. They'll likely be able to sort it out quickly for you.
