I wouldn't say there is no chance. If the problem is a loose power cable, they might in theory reattach it and return the original device
But if certain parts are broken it won't be possible. If the processor or the DRAM have failed, I doubt they will desolder those and replace them, even though in theory they could. If the flash storage has failed, that's the data storage...

I suspect the paperwork associated with the warranty return includes warnings that you may receive a different device in return, and that they do not promise to return a device containing your data?
Unfortunately, overall my hunch would be that it's 90% likely they will send a blank replacement device.
