Hello,
Does "kernel (Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro): update Mali GPU driver to r37p0 (current release is r41p0 but there are substantial changes to the driver for the Tensor SoC on Pixels and it will take substantial work to upgrade all the way)" mean that the pixel 7 pro isn't as secure right now? I'm a little confused.

No, Mali GPU is a graphics card - for playing games and processing graphics. Doesn't affect privacy or security at all.

Volen There can be security fixes in those drivers. This is why there's a substantial effort in having them updated in GrapheneOS despite them lagging behind on Stock OS.
