Playing music to Sonos

I've installed GrapheneOS on a Pixel 9 Pro XL.
I've copied music to a folder and installed PowerAmp (Music player)
I've installed Sonos app and added my system to the Wifi network.
All on the same profile.
Wifi is active (Sonos works via Wifi)

PowerAmp is great I can bluetooth headphones or play off the device. All good.
I set up Sonos App. Added all my speakers to the network. All visible and was a mirror image of my iPhone set up.

Now on my iPhone I can pull up a page that shows a widget and I can click and it gives me a list of devices to play the music to.

I can't do that ...or at least can't see how to select an output in Graphene.
I can see outputs and have allowed them all but still can't play from PowerAmp to Sonos set up.
I have allowed nearby devices and network.

Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?

I think it has to do with PowerAmp. I can stream from Spotify, but not from other apps (AntennaPod, Auxio, Deezer). Can you play your local music directly in the Sonos app?

I don't use Spotify but is there a local (files on my phone) play function on their app?

When I search for local files in Sonos app it can't find any. I get a link to Sonos website and it is basically saying I may have to re upload the music.

Might try the latter and see what happens.

In my Sonos S1 app I can browse my mobile device and play music directly from my phone. I had to give many permissions to be able to get it to work.
In Spotify, I can stream music to my Sonos, but not the local music files.

Nothing I've done works. Gave all the permissions.
Also the v2 app doesn't recognise local files. Even though I've reinstalled, logged in/out etc.

However I am being asked to revert to v1 from v2.
I'll have a think about whether I want to do that. Means setting Sonos up from scratch.
That's a nightmare.

Sonos players only accept their own proprietary protocol as well as airplay. That's why it works on iPhones.

The Android version of Noson should be able tot play your local files. Make sure your music files are in the default Music folder. Apk download: https://github.com/janbar/noson-app/releases
