I have stellar history, work in the regulated environment (meaning I need to pass a high bar in background checks), have very high credit rating, and they basically rejected me like this (I confirmed it's personal, because they did it immediately based on the phone number, and when I tried with the other phone they rejected me after verifying my identity based on the ID).
"F* off, no, don't ask why" :)
Not the way I'd like a bank to behave -- with the bigger ones there's a recourse/working complaint process.
