Where can I find a Pixel which is OEM unlocked?

I have read the FAQ on the GrapheneOS website and I know which phones are supported, but I have also heard that not all of the Pixel phones will allow you to unlock the bootloader or something. And that you need to specifically find an OEM unlocked one.

How exactly can I know that a phone is OEM unlocked before I purchase it? I have found some on ebay such as this one:

which are "Network unlocked" but I'm not sure if they are also OEM unlocked.

Pixels ordered direct from Google are OEM unlocked. If you're in Canada or the US, Pixels sold at Best Buy as "unlocked" are also OEM unlocked.

For anything on eBay, you would have to contact the seller and ask them / have them show you they can access OEM unlocking. That's pretty much the only way to be sure.

lluvia917 "Network unlocked" may not be enough. "Factory unlocked" may be, especially from a large-volume seller, but a good return policy is very important.

I purchased my Pixel 6 Pro from https://www.ebay.com/str/thegizmotrader I followed their inventory for a couple weeks and found the details listed for their items very helpful . They clearly indicate the carrier the phone will work with and whether it is "Network Unlocked" (meaning carrier unlocked) of if it is "Factory Unlocked" (meaning OEM unlocked). You'll want factory/oem unlocked. They have several high resolution pictures of each Pixel and all from the same angels for comparison. Prices seem reasonable and I received it quickly. I'm very happy with the phone I purchased and with GOS.

I would not buy one with GOS installed. The GOS installation guide is very detailed and easy to follow.
