I was following the web installer. Enabled OEM unlocking and connected the device. Then I effed something up, because now I have the orange triangle alert. My device is no longer recognized thru usb-c to laptop. How do I get back to factory reset or lastest version os?

Phuglies you can reinstall the OS by refollowing the instructions, if the bootloader isn't locked yet, it should be as simple as rerunning the installer.

If it is, then running the unlock command will unlock it

when I refollow the instuctions, at the step of OEM unlocking the setting is disabled (grayed out). I get stuck here. I am not sure what happened or why I no longer have the option.

de0u ok, i can get the device into fastboot mode. I connect the device with my usb-c to usb-c cable, but laptop say 'can not connect to device storage'. when I select 'unlock bootloader' i see the message, 'bootloader already unlocked'. when i obtain the factory images the 'download akita install' freezes up at 90% complete with 'error undefined' message. this is where I am getting hung up.

Phuglies when I select 'unlock bootloader' i see the message, 'bootloader already unlocked'.

Hopefully the fastboot screen agrees that it's unlocked?

This is most likely to mean that the browser doesn't have enough RAM or doesn't have enough storage space. In turn this might mean that an incognito/private/shields tab is being used. The installation instructions provide advice on how much RAM and storage are needed, how to avoid various browser impedances, etc.

Phuglies You're using a private browsing mode or don't have enough storage space for the browser to use for the site due to them only permitting using a fraction of free space for 1 site.

de0u thank you. I ran the web installer through a different computer and was successful.
