Just started to play around with private space. Everything seems to work as expected except installing google maps from the play store fails, notification "Google maps couldn't be installed".
Installing other apps in private space via play store worked by now.
Could someone give me a hint, what to do?

Kiwi Perhaps you have already installed a newer version of Google Maps from a different profile, and the Play Store in Private Space is trying to install an older version – at which Android's downgrade protection kicks in. App installs (not app data) are shared across profiles. You can check the version that Play Store is trying to install by going to the Play Store entry > About this app > scroll down to App info and check the Version. Compare it to the version number for Google Maps from the other profile where you installed it from, by long-pressing its icon and selecting App info > scroll down till you find the version number.

For instance, this can happen if you installed a beta version of an app, and the Play Store in a different profile is trying to install the stable version (which is usually am older version of the app).

Thank you very much for your answer. Unfortunately this does not seem to be the cause, I have previously deleted Google Maps in the owner profile. This means I don't currently have another instance of Google Maps installed on my phone.
