Graphene on Samsung s22, possible? safe?

Hi I just gotta new phone was wondering if it's possible to run this is on s22, and also wanted to know if I am sacrificing some security features by not using Google phone? Thanks!

Boomba As far as I know, graphene will only support Google Pixel devices as they have enhanced physical security.

Boomba You probably wouldn't be able to do so because the bootloader is most likely locked. I believe all Samsungs sold in the US are anyway.

For more devices to be supported, they need to meet specific criteria, which are currently not met by other devices:

It may be possible for you to build GrapheneOS for other devices, but they won't retain all of the security properties as a lot of it relies on the hardware (hence why GrapheneOS supported devices are chosen very carefully), and it also wouldn't really be called GrapheneOS. It would be an unofficial fork.

It's technically possible, but you would have to port it yourself and there would be no official support from GrapheneOS or updates provided.
