Gsf how to install it?

Hi all.
I love GOS but there are always issues that mean I always have to carry another phone.
Right now I can't use eBay via app or online.
App simply closes and online crashes if I try to log in.
I've read that I may require gsf but can't even find it to install it.
I also read people talking about profiles. I have no profiles, just the operating system and apps.

Have you tried these steps? I think eBay requires Exploit compatibility mode but I'm not sure.

GSF is no longer needed as of this update.

Peeto the eBay app doesn't work on GrapheneOS anymore since a few updates ago.
Online (through a browser) should always work though.
Try a different browser too.

I still like to install gsf, mainly because the GSF ID is needed for various integrity checks.

In particular, I can pass strong integrity on my sandboxed gapps (voltageOS rom), but gpay still does not function as (I suspect) the GSF ID is missing.

Google Pay will never function, since it only works on Android variants whitelisted by Google. If you don't have that attestation, no GPay. That has also nothing to do with GSF.

I find that difficult to understand. Using the exact same rom but flashing gapps allows for a functional gpay. Could you elaborate more please?

This is the reason why GrapheneOS won't implement these bypasses.

Apologies I could have been more clear: I use a custom rom (voltageOS) that is capable of implementing sandboxed gapps from grapheneOS.

Despite obtaining a strong integrity, gpay refuses to work with sandboxed gapps (but works fine when you flash gapps). I suspected this had something to do with the absense of GSF, but I can not be sure.

Either way this post has gotten off-topic. I finally managed to install GSF (through a magisk module 'Universal app installer') but this has not fixed my issues.

mau5e your custom ROM uses spoofing, which can get around the necessary checks, but won't be implemented on GOS for the reasons I linked.
