Hi, I currently have a Samsung smartwatch, which I have linked, but I miss the electrocardiogram function. I'm thinking of buying one, can anyone recommend one that allows an electrocardiogram, and the latest advanced functions, such as body composition, and that everything works 100% with Graphene OS? I have Google services activated, and Google Play, it's not a problem for me to activate what I need in my main profile. Thanks in advance

You might like www.gadgetbridge.org.
They support over 300 devices, Pixel Watches not included though. It works great with GOS, I've been using it for nearly two years.

You forgot to mention Fitbits are not supported

Emerald and with that link it supports sleep tracking, electrocardiogram, physical activity tracking etc.? I'm looking for a high-end watch

MutedNewt Yes, although the ui is ,in my opinion, not so pleasant. U could look into withings watches aswell if u lean more towards a hybrid smartwatch.

Been using some Garmins. Everything seems to work, although capabilities will depend on the functions of your watch. ECG only has regulatory approval in a few countries and mine isn't included, so I didn't bother getting a watch that supported it.

The nice thing about Garmin is they take a different approach from Apple and Google/Samsung - those put iOS and Android on their watches, which is why you only get 1-2 days of battery life. Garmins run a tiny microcontroller and low power displays so you get weeks of battery life, at the cost of a more limited range of apps (they have to fit in a few hundred KB).

Garmins are also supported to some degree in Gadgetbridge, although I couldn't say which metrics are computed on watch and which need a cloud connection - GB can't do those.

And for everyone who does not need every function that the apple watch has, there is good news about Pebble (if some people remember 10 years later) :D

Unfortunately, we have to be a little patient:
