Problems with confidential profile can't install Apps

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, I always get an error message when installing F-Droid and Aurora Store: This app was not installed because the package is apparently invalid.

I downloaded the package directly from the F droid website. I also have more than enough memory.

I have already installed F Droid and Aurora on my main account, i.e. the non-confidential area, where everything worked without any problems.

I was able to install the Neo Store in the confidential area and tried to install Aurora via this store, unfortunately without success.

What could be the problem?

By main account, do you mean the Owner profile? If so, go to Settings > System > Users > (confidential profile) > Install Available Apps. This is the easier and best way to install apps across profiles, but it only works from the Owner profile.

Others in a german forum experienced the same problem and it turned out that on main f-droid page an older version was linked. So grab v1.21.1 or the latest version v1.22 from within Private Space and it should install.

If the signature or version of the package differ you can not proceed to install it. Hope this help

Yeah right I mean the owner profile :) And for the confidential Profile I ment the "Private Space". Its integrated into the owners profile and I want to use it to not have to switch between accounts.
So I cant Install F-Droid and Aurora in the Private Space. Do you know what the problem could be?
