GrouchyGrape Can also test with "Lift to check phone" enabled, and of course "Show media on lock screen" disabled. It should be possible to view the title of the currently playing media by simply locking the device, placing it on a flat surface, then carefully tilting the phone to the side.
Personally, I'm not convinced that this is a security issue. Perhaps it's a privacy issue if you're playing media which you'd find embarrassing for others to know about. I am not at all able to control the playing media from the lock screen when replicating the bug. The media notification appears for about 0.1 seconds which is not enough time to press anything on the screen. It's not clear from the posts so far if controlling the media has actually been attempted and not just assumed to be possible.
I have only been able to reproduce this while media is playing. My question on whether it's possible to reproduce while media is not playing was not answered.
