Unable to Remote Access Graphene Pixelphone when it comes to Passwords

whenever it comes to creating a password in an app, the screen in my remote control software turns black. I can only continue physically at the smartphone.
i have 20 graphene pixel7 phones which are operated by employees remotely. so this is a big problem.

how do i fix the black screen? it must be some security mechanism

remote control software is used via ADB connection at a windows desktop

juri There’s a work around with ADB. How’s it connected to your remote control software, and what software are you using?

Some apps have a toggle to allow their private screens to be shown on external displays. Vanadium and other chromiums allow incognito tabs to be shown using incognito screenshot flag.

Otherwise I presume you need to make a fork of GrapheneOS that supports showing them or ... how about having a camera pointed at each phone screen and streaming the video to the operator?

I don't understand the problem in the first place, there's MDM solutions out there which are generally designed exactly for this purpose. Maybe that would be the correct approach here instead of using adb and VNC software.
