Which Call Method is more secure?

WhatsApp Call vs VOIP Call (but the VOIP Provider once mentioned, that they would give Data out, if Government asks for it)

I already use SimpleX Chat for private but for work I only can choose from both and I'm wondering which Call would be more secure? Since WhatsApp is not private and my VOIP App Provider has no Problem with giving out Data to Goverment if asked...

Unless I'm mistaken WhatsApp calls are end-to-end encrypted, so that should be more secure and private than a regular VOIP call.

Note Meta can still see the metadata from WhatsApp calls, so Signal and SimpleX would be even more secure and private.

The data they mentioned is not more than IPs i guess

Newb I believe WhatsApp can also see things like who you talked to, when you called, how long the call lasted, etc. But not the actual content of the call itself.
