I enabled "use android keystore" in keepassDX.
This means the password DB unlock key is stored in the keystore, which is really nice and probably even a security improvement over "stored in memory"?
But I cannot unlock it with fingerprint this way. Is this a general limitation by this method, or does it just lack the feature? Any ideas on how to use it?
Where can you activate this?
in the keepassdx settings, just like you can enable fingerprint unlock.
enter the password once when opening a database, dont press enter but the button and you are prompted for the credentials
it only supports pin, so I switched back to biometric, as the theoretical attack on biometrics is way less probable than anyone literally always seeing my unlock pincode
