Hello,

I installed Google Camera app (version 9.4.103), but it does not start. My phone is Pixel 9 Pro. Then I installed sandboxed GPlay (without network access though). And it did not help.
I suppose it may require newer Pixel Camera Services (e.g. version 2.1.697681012.01). I tried to install apk file, but could not install it, there was error: Install_failed_session_invalid: system app updates from unknown sources are blocked. Installing it from Aurora store results in the same error.

Let me know please if there is a way to make latest Google Camera work? I need it because it has zoom stages 1x, 2x... 5x, not a slider ranging from 1x to 30x like in Grapheneos Camera. Or some other cameras I tried. Such zoom is not convenient to use. Should I login to G account and try to download Pixel Camera Services from Play store? Will it install this way or not? Or Google Camera does not work on Grapheneos at all?

Welcome! You shouldn't need to do anything extra, you probably got the wrong version due to aurora store's device spoofing, or through sideloading. The play store will certainly get you the correct one.

I've installed the pixel camera 9.7 from Aurora, works fine. You can shut down network, not necessary. Switch off "scan via camera". Installed on Pixel 9 Pro. Klaus
