Can't lock stock bootloader

Greetings!

I've recently tried out GrapheneOS but decided it's not for me.
I installed it via the web flasher tool. Everything went smoothly.
When I tried to go back to stock, via the official Android web flasher tool, I got:

invalid android images, skip locking

I followed every instruction from the GrapheneOS web installer to the letter, including removing the non-stock key before flashing the stock images.

Since then I've tried flashing everything locally with the same result: the bootloader can't be locked.

I would appreciate any recomendations at this point, as I can't use my banking app or google wallet, on which I depend heavily.

Flash Back to Android 14 or to newest Beta. That should fix your Problem

As stated in the discussion thread that Dumdum shared, users were able to lock their device's bootloader with this build: BP11.241025.006 (12620009) | felix_beta-user (signed) | Android 15 QPR2 Beta 1.

So flash QPR2, lock bootloader, then flash the stable release?
