There isn't necessarily a right decision. It is your browser and your choice. As @Carlos-Anso said it is recommended to stay with the default settings in vanadium. And furthermore disabling it may stop some sites to stop functioning correctly.
However there is also reason to turn it off. For example some people are against it due to freedom issues with it and also it possibly having bad privacy implications too in itself.
So really it's your call what you value more. Blending in better with other GrapheneOS users and users of chromium based browsers in general for that matter so you don't stand out as much. Or that feature being turned off due to the issues that revolve around it
It is important to note also just cause the feature is on doesn't mean a website is going to use it. So likely most of the time leaving this on won't do much if any harm as far as I'm aware.
