Hey guys,
Got an issue that started about 24 hours ago. A friend sent me a text. I replied to it. For random increments since he has sent me the text message, that message is repeated to me over and over again. Here is the Imgur link for a display of the issue:

Text from text: May Allah ﷻ protect us all
I want to clarify, this is NOT a religious/political question at all. This just happened to be the text that is repeating over and over for me.
I did post this question in the GrapheneOS Twitter group, and @MetropleX assisted with something I can try to try to solve this (They recommended resetting the network settings on Graphene). Unfortunately, this did not solve the issue I was having.
Here is what I have tried so far:
Resetting the network settings (2 times)
Put my phone in Airplane mode (2 times - once for 30 seconds and once for 6 hours)
Reset my Graphene device.
Blocked and unblocked the person who the text was coming from.
Changing my default messenger to the Simple Mobile Tools messenger.
Disabling and enabling "Auto-retrieve" in the settings for the Graphene Messenger app.
The only thing I have not tried was flashing Graphene again, but I wanted to make sure that there was nothing else I could do before I did that.
Information about phone:
Carrier: Verizon
Device: Pixel 6
Updated to the most recent version
My guess for this issue, which is a real reach of a guess, is that the text contains "ﷻ" which is not text in the English dictionary. Maybe the unicode (or however text is translated into code) for this has changed something in my Graphene somehow? As people mentioned on Twitter, this could be a carrier issue. However, I used to get messages like this when I was on iOS, and it did not duplicate the messages at all.
