Berry sometimes i get notifications and sometimes not.
Does Google Play Services have network permission and is battery usage set to unrestricted?
Berry the google play store need all permissions to update the apps in background?
It can update apps, but only apps that target more recent versions of Android SDK. Of course it needs access to install/update apps in order to do this.
