2 problems: keyboard vibration + display over other apps

I installed GrapheneOS on 7 PRO and encountered two problems:

Keyboard vibrations – I can't turn them off, no matter which keyboard I select and no matter of the settings

allow apps to overlay other apps > (want to use Red Moon, Blue Screen Filter) > (Developer Options):
Allow screen overlays in Settings is ON > (App Settings): I can't enable this option in any of the installed apps to overlay other apps, > no app can be enabled due to “security concerns”

buenos you need to disable keyboard vibration by setting the time to 0ms, that stops vibration entirely. The overlay setting needs to be unlocked. Go to the app info of that app, hit the three dot menu in the upper right corner and allow the restricted permission.
