Apps can share information between each other, with mutual consent, via inter-process communication (IPC). There may be limitations on the breadth of data shared, determined by Android or GrapheneOS (I don't know), but ultimately data can be shared. If one of these apps has network capability, I view that as a weak link with respect to privacy.
Personally, I have GSF installed (without permissions) in order to use the Google Camera app, but I have opted to not install the Play Store or Play Services.
