AtriumCompound Like I said already, registering your device allows you to install those restricted apps through the play store, even if it doesn't say you're certified.
abcZ AtriumCompound Aurora store is play store. Its a different client for the same thing that doesn't respect those idiotic restrictions.

AtriumCompound I know, aurora store is a good choice in many cases. It seemed like OP was specifically focused on play store though.
