I have two profiles: Owner and my Primary Daily Use one. I couldn't get a custom ringtone to work on my Primary Daily Use profile until I set my custom ringtone in Owner and then set ringtone to NONE in my Primary Daily Use profile. This immediately worked. Now I can stop missing phone calls!
