IAmHugh XC and XD are by to different people / groups, right?
They both count hundreds of contributors, there is a chance some of them are in common, but they have two different "owners", if we can say that.
Either way, you don't need to import "from XC", you just need to move/sync your .kdbx file and both programs are are able to open it.
If you are planning to modify your keepass file only from PC, KeepassDX has a nice feature for "read-only mode first" in settings.
