Just realized that there is no 5G option available on my Pixel 8 pro, despite a 5G provider. I am located in Austria.
Is this a known issue?
On my OnePlus with Standard-Android 5G is working fine.

OK...it seems to be an Android issue. The current Beta (Android 15) seems to work with my provider and 5G.
Reinhard Android 15 isn't in Beta anymore. Do you mind sharing the build number which made it work again? You can find it in Settings -> About this phone -> scroll down and you'll see the build number at the bottom.
I thought this is a Beta version of an update. I read it here
https://www.lteforum.at/mobilfunk/google-pixel-8-8-pro.22056/seite-18.html
but it is 1 month old.
On my Pixel 8 pro with GrapheneOS there is no 5G option available. I didn't check when the standard Android was installed...since I bought it and installed GrapheneOS.
Reinhard ohh, you were talking about Stock Android. I was referring to GrapheneOS obviously and was wondering what Beta you were talking about.
But at least according to the link that you sent, it seems to be a general issue with that specific provider and Pixel devices. That's unfortunately not something that can be fixed by the GrapheneOS team but must rather be addressed by the provider for all Pixel smartphones. Your only options are to try and contact the provider yourself or change to a different one (assuming you're not bound by a contract) that has better support (it's actually insane that an Austrian provider can't provide 5G for a mainstream line of smartphones!).

It's not just an Austrian provider. It seems to be common in Europe...just with Google pixel phones and third party cellular services. So it's Google's fault 🙄
