it has been two day i have no service. it appears that the sim cards are not recognized anymore i removed one card (the other is an e-sim) and it doesn't detect a card has been removed or inserted.
on the settings it says that both sim cards are not available.
i try to disable/turn off the esim and it doesn't do it. it gives an error.

I have put in airplane more and it doesn't help, i know that reboot will probably fix it but the problem will happen again.
is there a way to troubleshoot before i reboot what might be going on?

on the top of the screen it says that there are no sim cards but in the settings i see the sim cards just with the text 'not available' in brackets next to the name.

what perplex the most is when the physical sim is removed, the phone did not realize it was removed and kept displaying the sim name in the settings along with the not available text.

anyway i can check syslog that i restart a service without fully rebooting the device?

i wonder if its really a gos problem or the phone is dying slowly...

That's a good question and sadly hard to diagnose. You could try to perform a Settings -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset Mobile Network Settings. Also try to disable WiFi calling and see if that helps.
I personally had some trouble with setting up eSIMs (not just on GOS, everywhere), so it might help to delete the eSIM and add it again.

i was at the movies yesterday got on last message and then all my network connection dissapeared.

I notice just now that the os has been updated and is pending reboot.
would it be gos disabled the network until is rebooted? i do not want to reboot because it will be updated to a15 and i have no certainty that the bank apps will still work. i need to make the payment before.

it keeps telling me there a sim is unavailable but the physical sim slot is empty. it even offered me to reset its setting

m4ri0g would it be gos disabled the network until is rebooted?

That has never happened for me.

m4ri0g i try to disable/turn off the esim and it doesn't do it. it gives an error.

When an error is received it is best to report the text, because it is infeasible for others to guess which error message was received.
