hikari After updating to 2024102100 stable, the App info screen has a new button named [Archive] that is not clickable at all. Does anyone know what this is for?
hikari doublefree Thank you for the link. However I am wondering why this is even a feature... I'm thinking that Google developed it for archiving apps when people don't have enough spaces on their phone... am I right?
doublefree hikari yeah, you can "soft-uninstall" an APP I.e. the executable code ("the apk") gets uninstalled but app data and permission are kept. And an launcher icon to restore the app is created.
