Hello,
I've been experiencing an issue on GrapheneOS for the last 4 months and I can't seem to figure it out what the main problem is.

On a frequent basis while being on a call, the phone decides to end the conversation by forcefully hanging up. Mostly it hangs up at the start of a call, but in some occasions it hangs up in the middle of it.
I'm not sure if the issue is primarily caused by the OS updates, but until the end of May this year, I've never had any problems at all. I'm also using the stable channel.

Here's what I've tried so far:

  • reset mobile network settings
  • allowed 2G
  • enabled and disabled SIM

Note: particularly in July, the frequency of the phone hanging up was overwhelming. The phone would start hanging up each time when I start a call and would continue doing that for about 4 more times - that would mean that I had to call in total 5 times. It was literally unusable.

One remark to make: Right before the phone hangs up, what would happen is that the other person I'm speaking to would stop hearing me, but I can still hear him - and this moment would last for about 3 seconds, ending with the phone hanging up.

I have also been experiencing a UI glitch when trying to answer a call. I'm not sure if it's related but I just wanted to inform you nonetheless. This is the image in question.

Any help would be much appreciated!
