new_user4456 If you go into Settings > Apps > Sandboxed Google Play do you see anything under "potential issues" at the bottom? You may also want to check if Settings > Apps > Sandboxed Google Play > Google Location Accuracy is turned on as well.

If everything looks like it's set up correctly, does location work when you're outside? You can also try GPSTest to see if any satellites are detected. Here are the Github and Google Play links to GPSTest.

Just curious, if you toggle "reroute location requests to the OS" back on and have a clear view of the sky, can apps get location then?

Did location use to work but it doesn't anymore? Did you try with the stock OS, and did it work then?

Yes - I have the same exact issue using Breezy Weather.

I needed to change my location service setting in Breezy Weather to use IP.SB - instead of Android - and that helps. Though I really don't have any idea what IP.SB is... (which is a little scary).

I have tried changing many of the possible location settings also - to no avail.

I would LOVE to find some good guides on how best to setup GOS location settings for optimal use and security... I know there is a lot of information out there - but since I don't really understand what most of the settings do - it feels like I'm chasing things.... (I'll post a new forum entry on that...)
