A recent investigation of Qubes OS highlighted the desirability of seamless interaction between different Security Contexts within a single User login.
Is this design being considered as an additional option to Grapheneos' User switching?
Would this even be possible on AOSP?
Is Qubes-like Security Contexts even necessary for Grapheneos' users who don't need to setup multiple Users but want solid isolation between Apps?
Currently I have an Admin account that is only used to install Apps which are then enabled and used within various Users to create isolated Security Contexts. However, it is far from optimal in a daily driver.
I'm not a user that needs privacy and security to protect sensitive material (not political or a journalist) but just wants to not be data-mined by the globalists (yep, that collection of interests, corporations and governments who embrace and implement the UN-WEF Public Private Partnership model).
If Grapheneos' standard App isolation is good enough under a single User for this kind of use case I will happily simplify my SOE.
That said, if adding Security Contexts within a User is on the cards that would be awesome. Cheers.
