Let me ask again, has anyone here gotten this working yet? It still doesn't work for me. I've got Exploit Protection Compatibility Mode turned on for the app and get no notification that it's trying to use Play Integrity. Yet, all I get when trying to Activate Card is that oh so helpful "We Hit a Snag" notification from them. I cleared cache and storage and re-signed-in with no problems. It's just that Activate Card bit that's biting me.
App is from the Google Play Store. No VPN or anything like that. Have been a Sam's Club member for decades. Been using the app for years.
