Hi gentlemen, I'm completely new to GrapheneOS. It's installed on a Pixel 9 that I bought from a privacy org on NOSTR. I'm coming from an iPhone.
I've been able to replicate pretty much all of my iPhone workflow but there's one thing that's tripping me up. Backups. I plugged a USB drive in and ran the built-in backup app. It kind of worked but the error messages suggest that many of my apps and associated data couldn't be backup up.
Is there a better app I can use for backups? I'm not so much worried about data loss; Everything that's on the phone can be reconstructed from other sources. It's more about migration. In other words, if I upgrade my phone to a new one next year, is there a clean way to migrate all of my apps and data to the new phone, assuming the new phone is also running Graphene? With iOS, I'd simply hold the two phones next to each other and the migration would complete after an hour or so. Is there a way to do something similar with Graphene?
