Wi-fi calling not working on Pixel 7

I had read that there are problems with wifi calling in general with Android 13.

I'm having this issue with a pixel 4a. I got it working on stock android, flashed Graphene OS, and then it wouldn't work. If I dial ##4636## I can see that "Wifi Calling provisioned" is toggled on, but under "IMSI Settings" it says that wifi calling is disabled.

Just wanted post an update: After many calls with support with my carrier (Telstra in Australia), trying a new sim card and eventually re-flashing GrapheneOS once the Pixel 7 came out of experimental, I still had no luck getting Wifi calling to work. I just flashed back to stock android and wifi calling worked straight away! And then re-flashed to Graphene, and no love. So it seems like it is an issue with GrapheneOS on the Pixel 7 😔

Similar situation here: WiFi Calling Provisioned is on, but under IMS status "Voice over WiFi" is Unavailable. WiFi calling worked on the same device with stock Android.
