SIM can't call/receive calls but LTE is working

Hello guys,
i ran into a problem and hope somebody can help.

I inserted my SIM into my GP7P turned it on and got an error message with something like this:

com.android.qns is repeatedly ended (translated)

I didnt got any mobile connection or LTE, so i tryed to set up the APNs maually.
It worked kinda beacuse i got LTE but i can't make calls or receive them.

Tryed to figuer it out in a live chat with the provider but they dont know any solution.
I think it has to do something with the error message that occures.

I hope some of you guys got any advice for me.

I suggest first doing the following:

Settings ➔ System ➔ Reset options ➔ Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth and then reboot the device.

Once done if having issues read:

Then report back.

it didn't worked in first place, but its working now and i'm gonna tell you what i did.
Btw the error still occures but it is only once the phone is rebooted.

Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth and then reboot the device. Check if it's resetted for sure i had to do it twice.
It didn't worked after reboot, so i turned the device off put the SIM out and rebooted phone without SIM.
Turn phone off insert SIM and reboot and like magic i got a connection.

Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth and then reboot the device > Turn device off put SIM out >
Reboot phone without SIM > Turn phone off insert SIM and reboot

Schiller that's not ideal, might be worth contacting your carrier for a replacement SIM.,

The error occures everytime a SIM is inserted and the phone reboots. Whithout SIM i got no error.

When i insert the SIM and the phone is on (i know i shouldn't do that) it doesn't show me the error, after reboot the error is back.

Anyways i try to get a replacement SIM

First of all, it's now working flawlessly.

But i took the hard way, caused by another problem two days later with the system update installation, which got stuck for a day and wasn't finishing.

So i decided to factory reset the device, but it didn't helped at all. System update installation still stuck and the SIM not working properly.

The device was wiped, seed vault didn't worked for me, so i choosed to install the OS again with the latest updates over the bootloader. SIM in the phone.

After installation and rebooting the phone for the first time after installation, it instantly showed me my mobile carrier and no error occured anymore.
System update is now working like it should.

I don't know what caused these issues but for me it's solved.
Anyways i ordered a replacement SIM which i really don't need anymore :)

Im comeing from LOS and so far im really happy with GOS. You got more options to secure and personalize your device on your needs.

And thanks for all, i appreciate the support and the advice in this community, even if there is no solution in first place, i got the feeling at least somebody cares.
