On other PIN-unlocked devices I have owned (such as on devices with iOS), it would automatically verify your PIN after you typed the fourth (last) digit, and either unlock or say something like "incorrect PIN." On Graphene, it does not do this and I have to hit the "enter" button after inputting my PIN. As I would prefer to not have to hit "enter" after finishing inputting my PIN, is there any way to alter this behaviour? Thanks in advance for your response.

    Heya. If you want to have auto-unlock, you can set a six digit pin. Four-digit pins aren't allowed for auto-unlock, that's a Google feature rather than a GrapheneOS feature.

    Open Settings. Tap on Security > (next to Screen lock) > enable Auto-confirm lock.

    CuriousGeorge, thanks for your reply.

    That is unfortunate. As I do not want a six-digit PIN (in fact, I preferred the pattern unlock on Android), I guess I will have to get used to hitting enter every time.

      It's not as secure, but you could have the extra final two digits as your final digit so you can just spam it.

      E.g. Pin is 1234 --> 123444
