The debate was more about recognising the specific qualities of Accrescent and the coherency of making a FOSS version available on it.
I’m not sure there’s any signature available for the F-droid version source on Github.
Organic Maps devs have done more than enough to give users the choice, but it’s not quite perfect yet – and the subject, from my point of view, was Accrescent not Organic Maps.
