My Pixel Tablet's USB C function is not working properly.

When I connect the tablet to either Windows or Linux it is not detected by either OS. In addition, the USB options on tablet do not show up upon connection and are greyed out in the settings.

I tried various types of cables (USB-C to USB-C, C to A, etc) as well as ports on my computer with no success; cables and ports are working properly.

Developer mode is off

Since the USB C connection to computer cannot be established, I cannot even flash back to the original stock.

The only time the USB is working is when a USC-C to Ethernet Adapater is attached.

Can anyone help me with my USB C connection problem on my tablet?

Thank you!

This is an odd but important symptom. What happens if you unplug the Ethernet adaptor (and everything else), then reboot the device, then plug in a USB flash drive?

Though this would be disruptive since it would wipe all of your data, a good experiment would be booting into Recovery and using the "factory reset" function to reset GrapheneOS. I suspect this would restore the USB-C port to regular behavior (though I could be wrong).
