To the soul maybe, but chronologically I am definitely an adult.
I thought it was really odd too, I have never had that happen to me anywhere else. If some service discriminates against Proton users, it is always by not letting one register an account in the first place, or unconditionally requiring ID, not restricting the account as a child's account.
I will not care to unlock the account anyway, there seem to be no real consequences, all apps I use are still available, including banking apps and so.
