Odd. And you're also not using any apps with remote desktop or similar functionality? Maybe try uninstalling any non-system apps and see if it goes away. Only thing I can find about it is that it's the Android 14 cursor which is used by bluetooth mice and styluses. No clue beyond that so I'd just do a backup and reset as mmmm said.
