Background: I am setting up different profiles for different types of activity. Pixel Pro 8 using latest. This was confusing at first but now I'm getting the hang of it. Basically there is one "Admin" account. I'm going to disallow all other user profiles from being able to install apps. When I'm in the "Admin" user profile, it looks like I can selectively grant other user profiles access to installed apps using.
In Settings > System >Multiple Users > Some User Name > Install Available Apps, there is a list of installed apps that the user does not yet have access to. Note that the verbiage in this UI is confusing, because the apps are already "installed". They just aren't yet accessible to this user profile, if I'm understanding correctly. Once the user slides the toggle to the right of one of the apps, access is granted, and that app instantly disappears from the list UI. This is arguably confusing UX, because it's a toggle that can't be undone. That's also confusing, in my view.
So my question is: if I accidentally toggle an installed app to be accessible for a user profile in this UI, and then later want to revoke access to that app for a particular user profile, how do I do it without globally uninstalling or disabling the app?
