mrnike if it's not in the all apps list, it's not installed.
mrnike annoying pop.up which says something like "there no app for Android Auto".
This makes it sound like it's not installed. Did you install Android Auto before this?
If you open the "Apps" app and go to the Android Auto entry, do you see "settings" or "install"?
If you use a secondary user profile, you can go to the owner profile, find Android Auto in all apps, then tap the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner and uninstall it for all users. After that, if you want Android Auto, you can try installing it again.
