Channel Diversity Overload

With apologies for the title, but simply where is the best / right place to submit enhancement requests? - just so they're in the system and can be considered (or not!) as priorities unfold over time.

E.g. Here?, the matrix channel?, github?, or reddit?, all seem active, hence asking which one is right / best bet.

If you are a developer and know what you are doing for sure, you should probably submit requests on GitHub.

If you are unsure whether the thing you want to propose makes sense or not, you might want to discuss on the forum or over Matrix.

Reddit is dead.
