I'm guessing that your phone is connecting to the router with a new random MAC address each time it connects, which means it may have used up all of the available IP addresses. Since it's our home router, it might be better to use one MAC address. You can do that by going to (in the owner profile) Settings > Network & internet > Internet > Saved networks > *your SSID* > Privacy. Change that to "Use per-network randomized MAC".
