Unawake9827 No, it's not a bug, but rather you appear to have enabled Android's non-persistent MAC randomization toggle in developer options which makes the per-network persistent random MAC addresses less persistent but still not per-connection. We strongly recommend not having developer options enabled on a production device. These options are not meant for production usage and many of them do not work in the way you would expect. They existing for development and testing purposes. Our per-connection MAC randomization is not impacted by their non-persistent per-network MAC randomization mode which only changes how the standard persistent per-network MAC randomization works, which remains persistent but expires on reboot or DHCP lease expiry.
