Do the (offline) AI capabilities of the píxels keep working in GOS?

If I were to install the recorder (without any internet permissions) shown in the Pixel 7 and use its transcribe feature, would it still work in GOS?

*I'm aware there is not even a build for the P7 yet, I'm just interested in how much of the "smarts" you lose in GOS based on the experience with current phones

I'm not really sure how any of gooble's magic features actually qualify as "AI", but the various hardware accelerators for those features will continue to function.
