Honestly, I'd just use Fedora, or silverblue and have done.
Strangely, Windows (if configured correctly) is likely the most "secure" OS around, but it takes a lot of configuration and isn't really feasable outside enterprise., you need to know how to use things like AppLocker, Windows Defender ATP etc.
macOS is okay, they have some cool tech under the hood, but its not at Windows level yet.
The thing to remember is platforms like iOS and Android (specifically talking Pixel Android, not samsung) and ChromeOS, is they are built to resist hostile threats a lot better than traditional desktop OS, they are designed to be in a hostile world, but the bigger downside to them is the privacy, unless using something like GOS, however, that could be changing with the introduction of desktop mode for Android.
